Members of RCCB at SIT Participated in Consumer Behavior Seminar

10月21日,由安徽财经大学消费者行为研究中心召集的“新消费时代的消费行为研讨会”在安财举行。上海应用技术大学消费者行为研究中心成员董维维、邓逊、宋思根参加了研讨活动。研讨会特别邀请了海南大学国际商学院钟科教授参加,安徽财经大学消费者行为研究中心的全体成员和研究生参加了研讨。

钟科教授以“绿色消费和旅游消费中的感官线索与行为反应”的题分享了研究成果和心得。邓逊博士分享了她与合作者最新研究“人工智能服务机器人是否应该采用拟人化设计?探讨竞争vs.合作心态对消费者态度的影响”。安徽财经大学消费者行为研究中心张雪婷博士和冯林燕博士分别报告了“负面新闻一定带来负面效果么? 负面新闻对公司市场性的倒U型效应”和“中国情境下奢侈品品牌真实性的形成机制”。与会人员对报告内容进行了提问和讨论,双方还就市场营销国家一流本科专业的建设经验和困惑进行了交流。

参会人员还利用业余时间还考察了城市风貌,并就后续可持续的研讨机制进行了讨论,双方商定,后续研讨将更加聚焦研究趋势、课题申报、论文撰写和社会服务等任务。

On October 21, a seminar on Consumer Behavior in the New Consumption Era was held by the  Research Center for Consumer Behavior at Anhui University of Finance and Economics (AUFE). Weiwei DONG, Xun DENG and Sigen SONG, members of the Consumer Behavior at RCCB at SIT, participated in the seminar. Professor  Ke ZHONG from International Business School at Hainan University,was invited to attend the seminar, and all the members and postgraduates from the Research Center for Consumer Behavior at AUFE participated in the seminar.

Professor Ke ZHONG shared his research results and insights on “Sensory Cues and Behavioral Responses in Green Consumption and Tourism Consumption”. Dr. Xun DENG shared her and her collaborators' latest research entitled “Should AI Service Robots Adopt Anthropomorphic Design? Exploring the Impact of Competitive vs. Cooperative Mendset on Consumer Attitudes”. Dr. Xueting ZHANG and Dr. Linyan FENG from the Research Center for Consumer Behavior at AUFE presented respectively their research work"Is Negative News Coverage Negative? The Inverted U-shaped Effect of Negative News Coverage on Firm Marketability" and "The Formation Mechanism of Luxury Brand Authenticity in the Chinese Market". Participants commented and discussed the reports, and both sides also exchanged experiences and confusions about the construction of the national first-class undergraduate program in marketing.

The participants also toured the city in their spare time and discussed the follow-up sustainable seminar mechanism, and both sides agreed that the follow-up seminar would focus more on the research trend, funding application, paper writing and social service and other tasks.
