简介

石华瑀,管理学博士,上海应用技术大学经济与管理学院讲师,硕士生导师。研究方向为消费者行为与消费者福利,重点关注健康导向消费决策、补偿性健康信念、消费者脆弱性及其福利后果,并延伸至感官体验与文化消费情境下的情绪调适与自我关怀机制;同时拓展到数字化转型背景下的人机互动与情感联结,关注数字化身、智能体与AIGC在消费决策、身份认同与消费者福祉中的作用机制与治理议题。近年来在Journal of Consumer Behaviour、Journal of Health Psychology、Frontiers in Public Health、Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics、International Journal of Consumer Studies及《管理学报》等国内外核心期刊发表多篇论文。主持教育部人文社科青年基金项目1项,以及上海高校青年教师培养资助计划、校级科研启动与人才基金等多项项目,参与多项国家自然科学基金项目研究,并承担“AI+新媒体营销课程建设与智能教学辅助工具开发”“AIGC业务内训课程开发”等横向课题。

  

Biography

Dr. Huayu SHI is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration, School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Institute of Technology (SIT).Her main teaching and research interests include marketing research, consumer behavior, and consumer welfare. Her research areas include consumer irrational decision-making behavior and consumer decision-making behavior in the beauty and health industry. She has been responsible for two university-level scientific research projects,and had participated in four projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China. Her research has been published in International Journal of Consumer Studies, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing and Chinese Journal of Management.
