上海应用技术大学消费者行为研究中心成立于2020年12月,旨在通过实践观察和学术研究深化对中国本土消费者行为的理解,活跃校园学术氛围,强化政产学研合作。依托上海应用技术大学化妆品等相关优势学科,紧密结合营销理论和实践发展趋势,中心重点聚焦于两个目标:第一,数智技术对品牌传播与消费的影响,据此为数智时代的企业营销服务;第二,美丽健康产品、文化和旅游产品的本土消费者行为,以此为基础探索扩大消费的宏观政策和相关品牌的营销策略。

The Research Center for Consumer Behavior(RCCB)at Shanghai Institute of Technology (SIT) was founded in December 2020. It aims to advance the understanding of local consumer behavior in China through practical observation and academic research, energize the academic atmosphere on campus, and strengthen the connection among governments, enterprises, universities and research institutions. Building on the expertise of SIT in cosmetics and related disciplines, and closely combining marketing theories and practical development trends, the center focuses on two goals. First, it pays close attention to the impact of digital and intelligent technologies on brand communication and consumer behavior, to serve enterprises marketing in the digital and intelligent era. Second, it concerns about local consumer behavior of beauty and health products, as well as cultural tourism products consumption. Based on this, it devotes to explore the macro policies to expand consumption and marketing strategies of related brands.
