8月24至25日，上海市药品监督管理局化妆品监管处组织课题组成员就化妆品小样监管、化妆品个性化服务等问题赴北京调研，上海应用技术大学消费者行为研究中心宋思根博士参加调研。
24日上午，课题组一行到北京市药品监督管理局化妆品监管处进行座谈交流。下午考察了芥么（JIEMO）化妆品小样销售门店和COSE化妆品个性化服务门店，并与经营方进行交流。25日上午，课题组一行来到北京宝洁技术有限公司（BJIC，P&G），与全球产品事务部和分析部相关领导进行交流，并参观了部分分析实验室和研发功效评价实验室。
On August 24 to 25, the Cosmetics Supervision Department of Shanghai Municipal Drug Administration organized a research group to conduct research in Beijing on issues such as cosmetics sample supervision and personalized services. Dr. Sigen SONG from the RCCB at SIT participated in the activity.
On the morning of August 24, the research group visited the Cosmetics Supervision Department of the Beijing Municipal Drug Administration and discussed with director and personnels. We made an on-the-spot investigation to costimetics sample store owned by JIEMO, and cosmetics personalized service store run by COSE in the afternoon. On the morning of next day, the research group paid a visit to BJIC, P&G to enquiry about the suggestions to government supervision on their businesses in Shanghai, and then took a look around part of analysis labs and efficacy evaluation labs.
